Par décret n°1899 du 3 juillet 2023, le général de corps d'armée ABDRAMANE YOUSSOUF MERY est nommé Grand Chancelier de l'ordre National du Tchad, en remplacement du Général d'Armée MAHAMAT YAYA OKI DAGACHE, admis à la retraite.
