# Tchad : le général Ali Ahmat Akhabach nommé CEMGA 2ème adjoint

Par décret n°0243 du 13 février 2023, le Général de Division ALI AHMAT AKHABACH est nommé chef d'Etat-major général 2ème adjoint en remplacement du général de division TOUFFA ABDOULAYE ISSA appelé à d'autres fonctions.  
  
Le Général de Division ALI AHMAT AKHABACH est l'ancien gouverneur du Moyen-Chari.
