Le général de corps d'armée Hassane Saleh Algadam Aldjinedi, est nommé conseiller spécial à la Présidence, aux termes d'un décret signé ce 4 juillet 2022\. Il cède son poste de gouverneur de la province du Borkou à Ali Maïdé Kébir.
