# Tchad : le premier ministre est arrivé à Abéché

Le premier ministre Pahimi Padacké Albert est arrivé vendredi matin à Abéché, dans la province du Ouaddaï. Il a été accueilli à l'aéroport par le gouverneur de la province, des membres du gouvernement et plusieurs officiels.  
  
Le chef du gouvernement lancera des travaux d'aménagement routiers dans le cadre d'un programme de désenclavement du Nord-Est. Les axes Abéché-Biltine (90 km) et Abéché-Amzoer (76,7 km) sont déjà en cours d'exécution. Les deux autres axes concernés par ce projet touchent aux provinces de l'Ennedi Est, l'Ennedi Ouest, le Wadi Fira et le Ouaddaï. Il s'agit des axes : Amzoer - Guéréda -Amnaback - Iriba - Ourba - Amdjarass - Bahaï - Tiné - Amnabak ; et Biltine - Arada - Kalaït - Terboune - Itou - Kaoura - Amdjarass.
