Le général Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno, président de transition, est arrivé ce 7 juin 2023 à Sarh, dans la province du Moyen-Chari. C'est la troisième étape de sa tournée dans la zone méridionale du pays. À son arrivée, le chef de l'État a été chaleureusement accueilli par une foule enthousiaste.
