Par décret n°618 du 15 octobre 2021, les personnalités dont les noms suivent sont nommées aux postes de responsabilité ci-après :  
  
• Province du Chari-Baguirmi:  
Gouverneur: Monsieur AHMAT ABDALLAH FADOUL.  
  
• Province de l'Ennedi-Est:  
Gouverneur: Monsieur ISSAKHA MALLOUA DJAMOUS.  
  
• Province du Lac:  
Gouverneur: Monsieur ADOUM MOUSTAPHA BRAHIMI.  
  
• Province du Mayo-Kebbi-Ouest  
Gouverneur: Monsieur ZILHOUBE PAFANET PATALDANDET.  
  
• Province du Moyen-Chari:  
Gouverneur: Monsieur ALI AHMAT AKHABACHE.
