Un mouvement spontané d’étudiants a eu lieu aujourd’hui à la faculté de N’Djamena, à Ardepdjoumal. Les étudiants contestent la nouvelle règle selon laquelle les anciens étudiants doivent payer 28.000 Francs CFA pour se réinscrire.
