Par Arrêté N°0299/PT/PM/MAETE/2024 du 13 février 2024,les personnalités dont les noms suivent sont nommées aux postes de responsabilité ci-après :  
  
**1\. AMBASSADE DU TCHAD AUX ÉTATS-UNIS D'AMÉRIQUE/WASHINGTON**   
● Première Secrétaire : Madame HAPSITA GUERBAYE en remplacement de Madame MOUNIRA BAROUD PARKER, mutée.   
  
**2\. REPRÉSENTATION PERMANENTE DU TCHAD AUPRÈS DES NATIONS-UNIES/NEW YORK**   
● Première Secrétaire : Madame MOUNIRA BAROUD PARKER en remplacement de Madame HAPSITA GUERBAYE, mutée.   
  
**3\. AMBASSADE DU TCHAD AU QATAR/DOHA**  
● Premier Secrétaire : Monsieur IDRISS SALEH IBRAHIM, en remplacement de Monsieur SALHADINE HASSAN ABDALLEH, rappelé.
