Par décret n°2783 du 26 septembre 2023, Monsieur **BACHAR BRAHIM ABAKAR** est nommé Directeur de Logistique et du Matériel à l'Office National de Sécurité Alimentaire (ONASA) en remplacement de Madame **NGARNAI LA-ADOUM ROSELINE**, appelée à d'autres fonctions.
