Le décret n° 481 du 19 avril 2019 porte nomination à un poste de responsabilité à la Présidence de la République.  
  
M. Djibrine Seid est nommé directeur général adjoint du protocole de la Présidence de la République. Il remplace Hassan Adjida Abdoulaye, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
