Par Décret N°0821/PR/2022 du 29 mars 2022, Monsieur ABAKAR OUSMAN BOUKI est nommé Assistant auprès du Médecin Personnel du Chef de l'État en remplacement du Dr ABDELAZIZ BRAHIM ABDELKERIM, décédé.  
 بموجب المرسوم رقم 0821/ر ج/2022 المؤرخ 29 مارس 2022 عين السيد أبكر عثمان بوكي مساعدا للطبيب الشخصي لرئيس الجمهورية، خلفا للدكتور عبد العزيز براهيم عبد الكريم الذي وافته المنية.
