Par Décret n°090 du 25 juin 2021, SALEH BICHARA est désigné membre du Conseil Économique, Social, Culturel et Environnemental, au titre de personnalité ressource en remplacement de Madame ZENABA TERAP, appelée à d'autres fonctions.
