Par Décret N° 3348/PT/PM/SGG/2023 ðu 03 novembre 2023, M. RAKIDJI NGOMDJIBAYE est nommé Directeur Général du Secrétariat général du gouvernement en remplacement de M. MAHAMAT MALLOUM ADAM, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
