# Tchad : nomination au ministère de l'Aviation civile et de la Météorologie nationale

Le décret n° 1845 du 9 novembre 2019 porte nomination au ministère de l'Aviation civile et de la Météorologie nationale.  
  
Ziber Oumar Ziber est nommé directeur des Infrastructures aéroportuaires et météorologiques.  
  
Il remplace Sebgue Nandeh, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
