# Tchad : nomination au ministère des Affaires étrangères

Le décret n°1788 du 17 août 2020 porte nomination de **MOGOMBAYE APPOLINAIRE** au poste de Directeur de Cabinet du Ministre des Affaires Étrangères, de l'Intégration Africaine et des Tchadiens de l'Étranger.  
  
Il remplace MAHAMAT ZENE HAROUN, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
