# Tchad : nomination au ministère du Pétrole et des Mines

Par décret n°2413 du 23 novembre 2020, Madame **ISSA KANA KIBISSI** est nommée directrice des Finances et de la Comptabilité de la Société des Hydrocarbures du Tchad (SHT).  
  
Elle remplace Monsieur **MAHAMAT GUIHINI GUET**, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
