Le décret n° 1828 porte nomination à des postes de responsabilité au secrétariat technique permanent de l'initiative de transparence dans les industries extractives (ITIE).  
  
Coordinatrice nationale : Mme. Amina Mahamat (**maintenue**) ;  
Coordinateur national adjoint : **Abdelkérim Hissein Moussa.**
