Le décret n° 1760 du 29 octobre 2019 porte nomination du conseiller en charge du Pétrole à la Présidence de la République, en tant que Président du conseil d’administration de l’Autorité de régulation du secteur pétrolier aval du Tchad (ARSAT).  
  
L'actuel conseiller est Ibrahim Mahamat Djamous.
