Par décret n°0052 du 20 janvier 2023, Monsieur ALLAMINE ALI SOULEYMANE est nommé Chef de Canton KOUKA, dans la Sous-préfecture de Koundjourou, Département du Batha-Ouest, province du Batha en remplacement de son oncle, décédé.
