Par décret n°1642 du 09 juin 2022, Monsieur AHMAT GAOURANG ALIFA est nommé Chef de Canton MILTOU dans la Sous-préfecture de Kouno, Département de Loug-Chari, Province du Chari-Baguirmi en remplacement de son père, décédé.
