# Tchad : nomination d'un commandant du groupement spécial antiterroriste

Le décret n° 1836 du 5 décembre 2018, signé par le chef de l'Etat, porte nomination d'un officier général des forces armées et de sécurité au groupement spécial antiterroriste.   
  
Le général de brigade Abderaman Youssouf Miri est nommé commandant du groupement spécial antiterroriste (PSI) en remplacement du général de brigade Abdou Idriss Serbouno.  
  
Abderaman Youssouf Miri était précédemment à la tête du secteur n°2 de la force mixte multinationale.
