Au terme de ce décret présidentielle signé le 12 juin 2024, Monsieur Sadick Ibrahim Mourra est nommé Directeur de l'Exploitation de la Flotte Présidentielle en remplacement de Monsieur Deby Itno Mahamat Saleh Beguera, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
