Le décret n°1594 du 27 juillet 2020 porte nomination de Madame **DIAMRA BETOLNGAR** en tant que Gouverneur de la Province du Mandoul, poste vacant.  
  
Elle remplace Lucie Beassemda, nommée secrétaire générale adjointe du gouvernement dans le remaniement du 14 juillet 2020.
