# Tchad : nomination d'un nouveau commandant de la garde nomade

Au terme d'un décret du 19 juillet 2019, le général de brigade Ahmat Goukouni Mourali est nommé commandant de la garde nationale et nomade.  
  
Il remplace le général de brigade Ahmat Tahir Hissein, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
