Par décret n°2657/PT/2023 du 22 septembre 2023, Monsieur ADAM ABDERAMANE ANNOU est nommé Conseiller aux Postes et à l'économie Numérique à la Présidence de la République en remplacement de Monsieur MAHAMAT TAHER HAMID, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
