Par décret n°1244 du 18 mai 2022, le Colonel DJIBRINE OUMAR ADOUM des Forces de Défense et de Sécurité est nommé Coordonnateur Adjoint de la Cellule Chargée de la Coordination des Opérations Extérieures (CECOPEX) en remplacement du Colonel MINGANODJI DJOHEUR DOUMRO, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
