Le décret n°0111 du 22 janvier 2021 porte nomination de MAHAMAT NASSER HASSAN au poste de président du Conseil d'Administration de la Société des Hydrocarbures du Tchad (SHT).  
  
Il remplace OROZI FODEIBOU, décédé.
