Le président de transition Mahamat Idriss Deby a nommé ce 30 juin 2023, cinq personnalités à des postes de conseillers spéciaux à la Présidence de la République. Il s'agit de :  
  
\- Kallimi Sougui Abdallah ;  
\- Hery Tiyara Anguir ;  
\- Yambaye Massyra Abel ;  
\- Saleh Abba Hassane ;  
\- Ahmat Fadoul Makaye.
