Par Décret N°2258/PT/2023 du 14 août 2023, les personnalités dont les noms suivent sont nommées Conseillers Chargés de Mission à la Présidence de la République. Il s'agit de :  
  
1- M. BICHARA MAHAMAT ADAM BOB;  
2- M. ABDELKERIM SEBY KASSONI;  
3- M. ABDELKERIM ADAM BAHAR ;  
4- M. GAMANE MOUKHTAR;  
5- M. ABDALLAH AHMAT ABDALLAH GOG;  
6- M. BARKA DJOLOK DAIBOR;  
7- M. HABIB HASSAN AGGAR;  
8- M. HOUROUM YAMBAYE NADOUMNGAR.
