Au ministère de la Production et de l'Industrialisation agricole, par Décret N°3009/PR/PM/MPIA/2025 du 12 décembre 2025, Monsieur Abdelkhadir Altidjani Koiboro est nommé Directeur Général de l'institut tchadien de recherche agronomique pour le développement (ITRAD) en remplacement de M. Yasine Doudoua.
