Au ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche scientifique et de la Formation professionnelle, par décret N°2111/PR/PM/MESRSFP/2025 du 03 septembre 2025, les personnalités dont les noms suivent sont nommées aux postes de responsabilité ci-après à l'université du Sahara de Faya :  
● Président : Prof. Abdallah Dadi Mahamat, poste vacant.  
● Vice-Président chargé des Enseignements : Prof. Abakar Ali Bezei, poste vacant.  
● Vice-Président chargé de la Recherche et des Écoles Doctorales : Prof. Djimi Younous Wakkaye, poste vacant.  
● Secrétaire général : Dr. Hassan Barkai Maïde, poste vacant.
