Le chef de l'État nomme deux personnalités à des postes de responsabilité à la Présidence de la République.  
  
Par décret n°2393 du 19 novembre 2020, **NOUR SALEH HAGGAR** est nommé conseiller à l'Hydraulique à la Présidence de la République.  
  
Par décret n°2394/PR/2020 du 19 novembre 2020, **ALI OROZI SOUGUI** est nommé conseiller à l'Énergie à la Présidence de la République.
