Par décret N°0047/PR/PM/MCENDA/2025 du 31 janvier 2025, les personnalités dont les noms suivent sont nommées aux postes de responsabilité ci-après à la Société Tchadienne des Postes et de l'Epargne (STPE):  
  
● Directeur général : M. ALLAMINE BOURMA TREYA en remplacement de Dr. ALLAH-RIDY KONE, appelé à d'autres fonctions.   
● Directeur général adjoint : M. ALLAMINE MAHAMAT en remplacement de Mme ELISE GOLDOUM, appelée à d'autres fonctions.
