Le décret n°106 du 4 mars 2020 porte nomination des personnalités du corps diplomatique dont les noms suivent aux missions diplomatiques ci-après :  
  
**Ambassade du Tchad à Genève**  
Conseillère Juridique : **Mme. ACHTA MAHAMAT SALEH** (poste vacant)  
  
**Ambassade du Tchad en Inde**   
Premier secrétaire : **HISSEIN OUMZR SEIDOU** (poste vacant)  
  
**Ambassade du Tchad à Ottawa**  
Premier secrétaire : **MAYARA KADINGAR**, en remplacement de NASSOUR BAHAR MAHAMAT ITNO, appelé à d’autres fonctions.
