Le nouveau directeur général adjoint de l'Autorité de l'aviation civile (ADAC), Mahamat Adam Houno a pris officiellement fonction. Il a été nommé par décret n°375 du 25 août 2021, en remplacement de Youssouf Abakar Al-Khalil, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
