Abdoulaye Abitan Roumoido Dihili a été nommé chef de canton Assala, dans la sous-préfecture de Moïto, département de Ngoura, province de Hadjer-Lamis, par décret n° 366 du 23 août 2021.  
  
Il remplace à ce poste Ousman Hissein Bourma.
