# Tchad : un officier nommé à la tête de la Cellule de coordination des opérations extérieures

Par décret n°0944 du 25 avril 2022, le général de brigade AHMAT GOUKOUNI MOURALI des forces de défense et de sécurité est nommé Directeur de la Cellule de Coordination des Opérations Extérieures (CECOPEX) en remplacement du Colonel DJIBRINE OUMAR ADOUM, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
