Le décret n° 510 du 7 mai 2019 porte promotion d'un officier des forces armées et de sécurité à un grade supérieur.  
  
Le général de division Ahmed Kogri Issa *(actuel directeur général de l'Agence nationale de la sécurité)* des forces armées et de sécurité est élevé au rang et appellation de général de corps d'armées.
