N'DJAMENA (Tchad) - En mission d'une semaine au Qatar et aux Emirats Arabes Unis, le ministre des transports et de l’aviation civile, Hassan Touka a regagné hier N'Djamena avec la signature d'un accord de transport aérien entre le Tchad et le Qatar tandis que les négociations vont se poursuivre avec les autorités émiraties.
