Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, a annoncé jeudi la nomination de Farid Zarif, de l'Afghanistan, comme son Représentant spécial pour le Libéria et chef de la Mission des Nations Unies au Libéria (MINUL).
