AURAK Announces Admissions Open until Late August

The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) has announced that the admissions period for new applications will remain open until the end of August.

According to the QS World University Rankings, has for the first time broken into the top 60 universities in the Arab region.  The latest figures rank AURAK as the number 11 on a national level, although the University expects to continue its remarkable ascension up the tables.  Since entering the QS rankings just two years ago in 2014, AURAK has climbed 150 places.

Manager of the Admissions Department, Hassan Ammari, in light of the University's recent success, predicts a large influx of new students ahead of the new semester, beginning in September, 2016.  Mr. Ammari highlighted the large number of applications that the University has received over the last two months, and with admissions remaining open until the end of August, expects the growth in applications to continue.
