Germany has aroused hopes of mankind more than it understands

Ref:- (i)- Merkel, in addition to austerity, should demand waiver of
interest from start, on questionable huge public debt of Greece etc.

(ii)- Present generation of Europe can not be expected to honor
questionable huge public debt incurred by and cunningly given to
earlier generations.

(iii)- Honoring of this questionable public debt (beyond consolidated
fund and collateral) itself should be enough for lenders to reschedule
the annual payments to maximum 2 % of GDP.

(iv)- People are not self motivated to throw-off this unbearable
inhuman yoke of huge untenable & illegal public debts, as is evident
from example of West Bengal in India too.

(v)- This emancipation of mankind from questionable huge public debt
will be the greatest service of Germany to mankind (after its much
assailed record about human rights during WW I & II)

(vi)- Germany should understand its future crucial role as important
element (along with USA & Allies) of leading power of free world.

(vii)- The onus of USA (which it is not fulfilling due to its
traditional isolationist policies) for democratization of the world
can be shared by emergent Germany .

(viii)- Remaining mankind is not stuck up with world war memories &
hostilities and Germany should also not consider these to be obstacle
in fulfilling its global lead role.

(ix)- Economical globalization presupposes political globalization
(through MP-1 of ICCPR at UN etc) but USA & Allies thus far has shown
no inclination for it.

(x)- The Germans remains the only people on earth who ever thought of
bringing entire world under some global political order (though
unfortunately through WW I & II) but now it should do it peacefully
and creatively.

(xi)- Times have changed profoundly and mankind knows that human
rights violations of Word Wars are neither probable nor practicable in
present world, hence not worried or scared on this count.

(xii)- Germany should initiate campaign for fundamental changes in the
constitution of UN for its democratization (with no veto power to any
country and in its place voting power as per formula based on
contributions of money, men, material, arms, equipments etc by member
countries).

(xiii)- This democratic political global order will reduce unbearable
defense expenditure too of the countries, especially of developing
world.

(xiv)- Germany should initiate campaign for 'UN global denuclearizing
time bound program' which will also solve problems regarding Iran,
North Korea etc.

(xv) Germany should initiate campaign for common currency for
democratic world based on asset back-up

(xvi)- Germany should initiate campaign for converting depositors and
investors of Banking & Financial institutions into share holders.

Dear Sir or Madam:

Presently economically powerful and assertive Germany who along with
its supporters is trying to rectify the public debt problem of some EU
countries by so called austerity measures, is being perceived by some
EU countries as the enemy bent upon snatching the bread from the
millions of the mouths of number of European countries (Greece etc)
who are struggling against huge public debt. But Germany can remove
this wide spread misunderstanding and ill-will against it or rather
can utilize this situation for its benefit and for the benefit of the
entire mankind if Germany starts doing, while seeing the things in
perspective, as given below:-

(1)- First and foremost Germany has to understand that whatever
austerity measures it is demanding is only an austerity for the people
which will cause huge further unemployment in these countries and it
does not put any austerity or discipline on the governments of these
countries who are mainly responsible for this questionable huge and
untenable public debt. Therefore Germany, in addition to austerity for
people, should also demand discipline and austerity for governments
and should demand waiver of interest from start, on questionable huge
public debt of Greece etc.

(2)- Any cumulative public debt beyond consolidated fund of the
governments (which is their tax and non-tax annual income and is
generally about 10 % of GDP in all the countries) is illegal and
illegitimate as in India also under Article 292 & 293 of the
Constitution. But governments world over have incurred public debts
much more than this even up to 100 to 200 % of GDP. Therefore present
generation of Europe cannot be expected to approve and honor legally
questionable and objectionable huge public debt incurred by past
governments of these countries and cunningly given by lenders to
earlier governments of these countries.

(3)- But present generation of Europe can be expected to be generous
and can be expected to honor at least principal amount of this
questionable public debt which was incurred by their ancestors and
predecessors while refusing to honor interest on this public debt
(from the date of the debt). Any interest payment made thus far should
be adjusted in and considered as the payment of the principal of the
debt. The future payment of principal of questionable public debt
should also be scheduled in such away that its installment in future
is not more than 2 % per year for any country. This arrangement is in
accordance to justice and not only lenders can have no valid objection
to it but also in future it will discipline these profligate
governments world over, for ever.

(4)- Such arrangement should have been demanded by the people of these
beleaguered countries, but what to talk of economically developed
Europe even in developing countries like India too people do not
muster enough moral & courage to throw-off such unbearable, illegal
and illegitimate yoke. This is evident from the case of people of
State of West Bengal in India which is under Rs 2 Trillion public debt
whereas government's annual income is only 210 billion and its annual
debt payment liability is 220 billion rupees. But the people of
Bengal, though considered to be politically very conscious, turned out
to be merely drawing room revolutionaries and sent their Chief
Minister to India’s capital to beg for mercy and for the grant of
three years moratorium on debt payment.

(5)- Therefore this emancipation of mankind from questionable huge
public debt will be the greatest service (after its much assailed
record about human rights during WW I & II) of Germany to – mankind,
which is already shuddering at the prospects of increased financial
disturbances in Euro zone.

(6)- Also Germany should understand that the democratic uprising in
NAME countries (having huge oil reserves hence draws great attention
and concern of the world) in which Germany along with USA & Allies is
also involved even militarily, is going to usher the world into a
‘global secular democratic order' sooner than later. Moreover
economical globalization (which is inevitable due to advance in
Science & technology) and which has already set-in, presupposes
political globalization (through permanent mechanism at UN of MP-1 of
ICCPR etc for the effective enforcement of human rights and not
through hit and run policy) but USA & Allies thus far has shown no
inclination for it.

(7)- Therefore Germany should understand its future crucial role as
important element (along with USA & Allies) of leading power of free
world. The onus of the leading world power the USA (which it is not
fulfilling due to its traditional isolationist policies and still
pursues hit and run policy) for democratization of the world can be
shared by emergent Germany. After all the Germans remains the only
people on earth who ever thought of bringing entire world under some
global political order (though unfortunately through WW I & II) but
now it should do it peacefully and creatively.

(8)- The times are propitious for this because presently the remaining
mankind is not stuck up with world war memories & hostilities (as
evident from inclusion of Germany as P-6 in talks with Iran on nuclear
issue) and Germany should also not consider these to be obstacle in
fulfilling its global lead role.

(9)- For this (immediately after demanding waiver of interest from
start, on questionable huge public debt of Greece etc. and after
rescheduling of principal payment maximum up to 2 % of GDP of these
countries, as mentioned above) the Germany should also initiate the
global process for fundamental changes in the constitution of UN for
its democratization and ultimately in the interest of the
democratization of the world (with no veto power to any country and in
its place voting power as per formula based on contributions of money,
men, material, arms equipments etc by member countries).

(10)- The Germany may be knowing that the present UN has become
ineffective mainly due to inability of P-5 countries, wielding veto
power, to democratize the UN where all the member countries will share
its responsibility and power to usher the world in ‘global secular
democratic order'. This inability of P-5 countries has led unfortunate
and absurd situation in NAME countries also where UN demands democracy
in some countries but does not demand it in other countries (such as
Bahrain etc where blood is still being shed for democracy).

(11)- Even in Syria where UN demands democracy (for which what is
needed is merely free and fair elections under UN peacekeeping force
after making electoral roles through Syrian or if necessary then
through UN Election Commission) the UN will ultimately end-up
witnessing the arming of civilians at the cost of heavy bloodshed but
will not get elections through a permanent no-violent mechanism. Also
in another important matter, the UN demands nuke-free Iran but allows
India, Pakistan Israel etc to have nukes.

(12)- This ‘democratic secular political global order’ will reduce
unbearable defense expenditure too of the countries, especially of
developing world which can divert this money for the economic
betterment of its people. Other wise also such huge expenditures by
developing countries has no meaning in the face of technological
superiority of developed countries. It was manifested during raid at
national capital region of Abbotabad in Pakistan also (during capture
Osama-bin-laden US operation) where four US helicopters could come and
go without any knowledge to or interception by armed forces of
Pakistan.

(13)- Also this ‘democratic secular political global order’ will solve
the problems regarding nuclear program of North Korea and Iran (which
has already scared the entire mankind due to risk of loosing crucial
raw material, the petroleum oil) and for this Germany should initiate
campaign for ‘UN global denuclearizing time bound program’.

(14)- The Germany should also initiate campaign for common currency
for the countries of this ‘democratic secular political global order’
and this should be based on asset back-up and should not be fake
currency without asset back up as presently is and which is the main
reason not only for the huge public debt crises of European countries
Greece etc but also is the cause of on-going economic / financial
crises 2007 (started from USA and which has engulfed the entire world
in it) and which will not be over unless monetary discipline is
established by ensuring that currency (high power money) is with asset
back-up (precious metal under physical possession or other assets
under constructive possession of global money issuing authority.)

(15)- The world-over in democracies unethical politicians are
pathetically dependent on huge funds from bankers and financiers
especially for contesting the elections and in return (in the disguise
of protecting the financial interest of the general public) they give
special and immoral considerations and benefits and bail-outs to
interest earners, the usurers, as is presently happening in Spain also
over the loss of Bankia. Therefore the Germany should also initiate a
campaign for converting depositors and investors of banks and
financial institutions into share holders as it is in other sectors of
economy which will make these usurers entitled not only for profit /
interest but also liable for losses.

(16)- It is hoped that Chancellor Angela Merkel will revive / invoke
German spirit in order to take crucial role along with other countries
(USA & Allies) in leading the world to ‘democratic secular political
global order’.
