Tchad: EuropeOnline Magazine doit présenter des excuses pour avoir publié des fausses informations.

Abuja (dpa) - des agents secrets de sécurité nigérians ont intercepté, samedi, un avion russe portant des armes et des munitions à l'aéroport Kano au nord du pays.

Le journal Premium Times a indiqué que l'avion se dirigeait vers le Tchad voisin, citant un responsable de la sécurité ayant gardé l'anonymat. L'équipage a été arrêté.
L'avion a été saisi et parmi des allégations, un proche du Président tchadien Idriss Deby fournissait des armes au groupe Islamiste radical de Boko Haram au Nigeria.

Une organisation appelant à la libération de plus de 200 écolières enlevées par Boko Haram a organisé une manifestation à l'ambassade tchadienne, mardi, en exigeant des éclaircissements  sur les rapports d'un proche  de Deby qui avait été arrêté avec des missiles à la frontière entre le Tchad et le Soudan.


Abuja (dpa) - Nigerian security operatives on Saturday intercepted a Russian plane carrying arms and ammunition at Kano airport in the north of the country, the newspaper Vanguard said on its website.

The newspaper Premium Times said the plane was bound for neighbouring Chad, quoting an unnamed security official.

The crew was taken into custody.

The plane was seized amid allegations that an associate of Chadian President Idriss Deby was supplying arms to the radical Islamist group Boko Haram in Nigeria.

An organization calling for the release of more than 200 schoolgirls abducted by Boko Haram staged a protest march to the Chadian embassy on Tuesday, demanding it respond to reports that Deby‘s associate had been arrested transporting missiles on the border between Chad and Sudan.
