Tchad : décret de nomination d'un point focal national de sécurité

Au terme d'un décret du chef de l'Etat du 19 mars 2019, il est porté nomination à un poste responsabilité.

Le Général de Division Djiddi Saleh Kedellaye est nommé Point Focal National de Sécurité.
