J&K resolve to NOW control politics of India and Pakistan instead of present vice-versa
---As mentioned in my letter http://aapress.com/ethnicity/indian/another-opportunity-to-solve-kashmir-problem/ on the invitation of Nazir Ahmad Gilkar (candidate J&K Assembly election 2014) I went to Kashmir (Srinagar) and on Thursday November, 3 we discussed (with some socio-political activists, separatists, HR NGO persons, journalists etc. invited by Gilkar) the matter of bringing normalcy to Kashmir and of solving Kashmir problem either through existing party (prepared to adopt our program and policies) or by launching a ‘New National Political Party’ (NNPP).
In this meeting I told that I have come to Kashmir due to two reasons (A)- Kashmir problem is a martial problem (Union subject) and not a civilian problem (State subject) hence is the responsibility of entire India. Hence it should be a matter of shame to every Indian politician if Kashmir problem is not solved. Therefore as a responsible politician I have come to Kashmir to assist in solving Kashmir problem (B)- Due to personal reason. About 30 years back I came in contact with Quran and since then I have been immensely benefitted by its preaching hence I consider myself under obligation to help Muslims (the followers of Prophet Mohammad) anywhere in the world (whether in Kashmir or in AF-PAK region or in NAME region, Syria etc) wherever they are bleeding and weeping profusely (as mentioned also at https://kashmirobserver.net/2016/letters/time-mirwaiz-act-6846 )
It is a matter of great satisfaction that after wide discussion (where generally the following was consented / agreed upon) it has been decided in this meeting to launch a national level new political party (NNPP) with its registered office at Srinagar:-
(i)- Without unification of J&K there is no Kashmir solution (ii)- Pakistan much less powerful than India cannot snatch remaining J&K from India (iii)- Hindu India due to communal mind-set not interested (unlike Hindu Goa) in retrieving Muslim PoJK (iv)- India will not give J&K to Pakistan or will allow independence to J&K (v)- Pakistan will not give PoJK to India. Even if government of Pakistan (including its military) allows it then Jihadis, who as per media, laid down the lives of ~ one hundred thousand Jihadis for Kashmir will not allow it (vi)- Such helpless India & Pakistan (who have been controlling politics of J&K for the last 70 years) is the main reason for Kashmir problem (vii)- J&K will have to reverse it for Kashmir solution by controlling the politics of India and Pakistan (viii)- Neither rest of India nor Pakistan can solve Kashmir problem. It can be solved only by Kashmiris because ‘Khud marya hi swarag deekhe’ (Paradise can be seen only when you yourself die) (ix)- Hindus since the days of Gandhi, Nehru Patel etc have not been able to win the confidence of Muslims (hence partition in 1947) and still the situation is same (because being majority the Hindus are simply not interested in secularism (the commitment of so-called secularists / moderate of India is either too feeble or skin-deep) (x)- Hence now Muslims (through only Muslim majority State J&K) should try to win the confidence of Hindus through a genuinely secular NNPP (xi)- For controlling politics of Pakistan a writ petition should be filed at Srinagar for seeking clarification from / position of Government of India (GOI) and Government of J&K about retrieve of PoJK (xii)- For controlling politics of India in addition to this writ 7 other writs should be filed in Supreme Court by NNPP and NNPP will contest all the coming elections in various States and at Union level (xiii)- Objective and policies of NNPP should be in consonance with human rights friendly Islam but it should be called HR Friendly Socialism as people (most of Hindus and Christians the powerful West) have problem with name ‘Islam’ due to bad name brought to Islam by terrorist Jihadis like ISIS etc (xiv)- NNPP will have its website displaying its Constitution members / office-bearers list etc (xv)- NNPP as its objectives will work (as per HR friendly Socialism for international order through UN) for bringing succor to Muslim countries of AF-Pak region and NAME region (Especially Syria) and even in Western countries (where people are suffering due to wrong policies about housing, health-care education and right to work / employment) (xvi)- NNPP as its policies will cooperate with China and Pakistan in ‘China-Pak Economic Corridor’ (CPEC) in order to ensure its success so that India can also benefit from it (xvii)- Some suggested name for NNPP were ‘Akhand Bharat Party’, ‘United India Party’ etc which will send a message that NNPP will work for ‘United India and Pakistan’ (UIP, may be through ‘Realized SAARC’) (xviii)- UIP will be made possible through writ in Srinagar Court because world community will not allow war between nuclear India and Pakistan (xix)- India and Pakistan were together but parted in 1947 because there was no genuine secular party in India (xx)- Now UIP will be possible only when some secular party like NNPP emerges in India and that too from Muslim majority State J&K
For the launch of this NNPP following decisions were taken at this Thursday Nov, 3 meeting:-
(1)- With the assistance of members and office-bearers of this NNPP it will be the responsibility of Nazeer Ahmad Gilkar to start party office at Srinagar, registration of this NNPP at ‘Election commission of India’, managing Srinagar party head office, staring website of this NNPP etc
(2)- It will be the responsibility of Hem Raj Jain (myself) to visit various states of India to make members for this NNPP and for motivating party members to contest coming elections in States for all the seats (including in UP)
(3)- The salient features of the Constitution of this NNPP will be:-
(i)- Membership will be subject to condition that members (having faith in its constitution) will give Rs 10 monthly membership fees and will sign a ‘personal attendance register’ at ‘area party office’ every month.
(ii)- Organizational election of the party will be done only by ordinary and active members and election candidates will be decided by relevant local bodies of the party.
(iii)- This NNPP will work on the principle that office bearers who will sit in area party offices (in order to get justice / relief to the people / victims through various organs of State) will have more power and importance in the party than Panch, Sarpanch, Corporators, MLLs, MPs, Minister etc of this NNPP.
(iv)- This NNPP will have allegiance to the policy of (A)-Federalism (where only martial matters will be with Union and all civilian matters including natural resources will be with States), (B)- HR friendly Socialism (which is nothing but joint-capitalism where like private capital the State capital will also be deployed profitable especially to eradicate unemployment) and health-care & education will be brought under the control of the people (first health care through modified ESI where in addition to government representatives the representatives of employees and employer will be in the management). And residential and business buildings will be made by governments which will be given on rent to be determined by ‘Rent Commission’ (C )- Secularism for the restoration of which some writ petitions will be filed in J&K High Court and Supreme Court of India (D)- Democratic Republic for which NNPP will ensure periodic organization elections and filing of annual returns of the audited financial accounts of this NNPP and will get reservation laws repealed (through writ in SCI) because these are given in the name of oppressed and backward castes which demoralizes the beneficiaries and which is anti-democracy (NNPP is not against corruption but it should not be given with demoralizing tag and should be given to any identifiable group of people who think that otherwise they cannot get proportional representation in government services)
(4)- NNPP will file following writ petitions in SCI (i)- Legally expected restoration of Status-quo-ante of Babri Masjid which was demolished in 1992 in the presence of Observer of Supreme Court (ii)- Query about retrieve of POK in the interest of removal of AFSPA etc from J&K (through writ first in J&K high Court and then in SCI if needed) (iii)- Prosecution against guilty found by Sri Krishna Commission about 1992-93 communal riots in Mumbai / Maharashtra (while rightly asking for deportation / action against Dawood Ibrahim etc, the guilty of serial blasts which were direct fallout of said riots) (iv)- Identification, tracking and deportation of illegal immigrants, mainly from Bangladesh (v)- Quashing of discriminatory (especially against Muslims) Reservation Policy (vi)- Delhi 1984 & Gujarat 2002 riots about section 130 & 131 Cr.P.C. (vii)- Constitutional obligation about Public debt under Article 292 & 293 and not under unconstitutional FRBM (viii)- For recovery of Rs ~ 1,000 Trillion tax out of black money (as mentioned at http://www.alwihdainfo.com/Now-India-bound-to-get-Rs--1000-Trillion-income-tax-as-Delhi-Police-steps-in_a31456.html ) which, when recovered, will solve most of the problems being faced by India especially arising due to economic hardship
(5)- For managing the initial expenses for launch of this NNPP like for office rent, for various writ petitions (first three writ petitions will be filed on priority), for starting party website, for getting this NNPP at ECI etc it was considered in said Nov, 3 meeting at Srinagar that this NNPP will need Rs 50,000 (fifty thousand) per month which some members will have to bear. This can be got from especial category of 500 ‘founding members’ who each will give Rs 100 per month till NNPP starts getting funds from other sources (various contributions). All other present in this meeting said that this money could have easily come from Kashmir itself (and this NNPP could have been in launched from Srinagar in second week of November, 2016 itself) but due to ‘Bandh’ / strike in Kashmir for the last ~ 4 months Kashmiris do not have spare money hence it will not be possible for them to give this seed money. Therefor an effort will be made to enlist such 500 ‘founding members’ for this NNPP from rest of J&K and from rest of India.
We are sure that this genuinely Secular National Political Party (launched form Muslim majority State of J&K / Srinagar) will win the confidence of Hindus from all over India and thus will be instrumental in bringing peace, justice, harmony and prosperity not only to Kashmir / J&K and India but also in entire SAARC and other troubled regions of the World.
