By ditching Pak government about Kashmir, USA is paving way for ISIS in SAARC
Sub:- (i)- Before All Party Delegation (APD) the Hurriyat only demanded J&K to be acknowledged a disputed territory and talks between India and Pakistan for solving Kashmir problem (ii)- USA need to understand India is taking undue advantage of new Indo-US friendship at the cost of immense blood, lives and suffering of beleaguered Kashmiris (iii)- By ditching Pakistan government about Kashmir USA is paving way for ISIS in AF-PAK-Kashmir region
--- During debate in Parliament about current unrest in Kashmir the Member of Parliament (of Congress Party which got independence for India and accession of J&K to India) Dr. Karan Singh (son of former ruler who signed instrument of accession of J&K to India) questioned GOI that how (when Pakistan says something about what happens in Kashmir) can GOI consider Kashmir an internal matter of India when PoJK (which is about 50% of J&K territory) is with Pakistan (including some with China through Pakistan) and whether India has forgotten PoJK and if India does not talk to Pakistan how will it retrieve PoJK. Dr. Singh even went to the extent by saying that after partition of 1947 other princely States merged in India but not J&K and this special non-merger status of J&K is reflected in Article 370 of the Constitution.
USA should understand the basic reality. India has reached pre – 1947 stage when Muslim majority areas did not want to live with Hindu India [hence West and East (now Bangladesh) Pakistan came in existence]. Now also due to communal policies of India Muslim majority Kashmir does not want to live with Hindu India. But India instead of restoring secularism (by filing following writ petitions in Supreme Court if GOI does not do it otherwise) wants Muslim communalism to be suppressed by Hindu communalism by misusing new Indo-US friendship (in the backdrop of China factor) and general dislike for Muslims all over the world due to global Jihadi terrorism (especially of ISIS type) without realizing that precisely such nefarious policies and injustice (as being inflicted by communal India) lead to global Jihadi terrorism (mainly because world grossly underestimates Islam / Jihadis):-
[(i)- About legally expected restoration of Status-quo-ante of Babri Masjid which was demolished in 1992 in the presence of Observer of SCI (ii)- Query about retrieve of PoJK in the interest of removal of AFSPA etc from J&K (unlike Hindu majority Goa the PoJK has not been retrieved by so-called secular India and even Bangladesh was not assimilated in 1971 despite collapse of ‘two nations theory’ because both are Muslim majority) moreover military of Hindu India has not taken PoJK militarily and instead is showing its ‘bravery’ by training guns at the civilians / citizens of India in J&K mainly at Kashmiri Muslims (iii)- About prosecution against guilty found by Sri Krishna Commission about 1992-93 communal riots in Mumbai / Maharashtra (while rightly asking for deportation / action against Dawood Ibrahim etc, the guilty of serial blasts which were direct fallout of said riots) (iv)- About identification, tracking and deportation of illegal immigrants / refugees (including Hindus), mainly from Bangladesh and Pakistan (v)- About quashing of discriminatory (especially against Muslims) Reservation Policy (vi)- Delhi 1984 & Gujarat 2002 riots about section 130 & 131 Cr.P.C.]
Hence communal GOI continue to use every trick for avoiding any talk with Pakistan for discussing the settlement of the territories of J&K.
Unless USA wants ISIS to be in SAARC region it is unbelievable that the USA has failed to understand that, as per media, one hundred thousand Jihadis - (mainly got free from Afghanistan after victory of USA in cold war) and which is more than the lives lost by security forces of India and Pakistan combined, - have laid down their lives for Kashmir. Hence if Kashmir problem is not resolved by government of Pakistan (GOP) then government of theocratic Pakistan will lose face before Islam and it will pave the way for blood thirsty ISIS in AF-PAK-Kashmir region (because JIhadis of Pakistan, presently operating in Pakistan and Kashmir, for Kashmir solution will be projected by ISIS to be incompetent to snatch Muslim Kashmir from Hindu India).
Hence before ditching GOP about solution of J&K problem the USA should understand that by doing so it will become instrumental in tremendously buttressing global Jihadi terrorism of ISIS type (by facilitating the entry of ISIS / Caliphate in crucial SAARC region).
Therefore USA should stop encouraging India (by condoning irresponsible attitude of GOI) for further killing & bloodshed in Kashmir and instead should constrain India to talk to Pakistan, as mentioned below:-
