To,
Lt Gen Raj Kadyan (Retd)
Chairman IESM
Gurgaon - 122 001

Sub:- An open letter as appeal for launching agitation all across India for recovering Rs. ~ 1,000 Trillion tax out of black money

Dear Veteran

My apology for taking liberty, in national interest, to make our correspondence public where you termed my following article “A very analytical appraisal”
http://www.alwihdainfo.com/India-will-repent-if-does-not-take-Basit-s-threat-about-Kashmir-seriously_a30943.html

You will kindly appreciate that military preparedness of India as mentioned in this article crucially depends upon huge financial resources which can come only from $ ~ 15 Trillion tax money. Hence it is imperative that through agitation / demonstrations public pressure is brought for recovering this tax money on government of India (GOI) which out of corruption is not recovering this tax money. I have been requesting for last about three weeks various political parties social activists etc to launch this agitation all across India but unfortunately thus far no one has come forward.

God also puts more and more burden on those who have track record and competence of shouldering such responsibilities. You served Indian military with distinction and also served our mother land well after retirement through various social activities and it will not be an exaggeration if I say that you have become a synonym for patriotism & national consciousness.

Therefore you are requested to kind launch this demonstration / agitation (through your present or new NGO) starting from Jantar-Mantar Delhi in order to constrain GOI to recover said Rs ~ 1,000 Lakh Crore tax money.

If you consider it will help then I am prepared to assist you in this mission by coming to Delhi or by going to any other place in India for this NGO under your efficient command and control.

Regards

Hem Raj Jain
